Returns & Exchanges

At MaddLove, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have implemented a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

14-Day Return Window: We offer a 14-day return window from the date of arrival for all eligible products. This means that you have 14 days to initiate a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • The item must be unaltered and free from any signs of damage or wear.

  • All original tags must still be attached to the item.

Initiating a Return: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day return window. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return Shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exclusions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to final sale items, intimate apparel, and personalized items. Additionally, any items that do not meet the conditions for return as stated above will not be accepted.

To streamline our operations and minimize waste, we have developed a unique ordering window for each limited collection. This approach allows us to optimize our production process and provide better service to our customers. By adopting a pre-sale model, we will produce just enough inventory to fulfill orders, avoiding any unnecessary surplus or waste. This way, we can maintain efficiency and sustainability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
